“Don’t Drill The Hills” is a true community-based effort, and your contribution plays a vital role in protecting our community’s health, safety, economy, environment, and overall quality of life. We are accepting donations through Don’t Drill The Hills, Inc. (a volunteer-run, grassroots organization and non-profit corporation). The donations help us pay for costs associated with providing information and building awareness, to both policy makers and community residents, of the financial and environmental risks of horizontal oil and gas exploration and extraction in high density residential and K-12 school areas.
Donations also fund our pending litigation against the City of Rochester Hills and Jordan Development. (Click here for more information.) DDHI selected attorney Timothy J. Lozen as its counsel for this matter. Tim is the founder of Lozen, Kovar & Lozen, P.C. and has been practicing law since 1985. His practice focuses on environmental law, real estate and business law, municipal and drain law, condemnation proceedings, litigation, and assisting area businesses, municipalities and individuals with their legal needs. His credentials are available at: http://www.lozenlaw.com/attorneys-staff/tim-lozen/
